How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders placed with Kathmandu Gifts for online gift delivery within Kathmandu Valley are usually delivered same day if placed before 2 PM. Orders outside Kathmandu Valley may take 1–3 business days, ensuring your gifts like cakes, flowers, and hampers reach your loved ones fresh and on time.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery for select locations within Kathmandu Valley. Shipping charges for areas outside the valley depend on the distance and type of gift, including flowers, cakes, and personalized hampers.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, if your order has not been processed yet. Contact us immediately via Instagram @kathmandugifts, email, or phone to update your address for smooth online gift delivery in Nepal.

 

What if my package is delayed or lost?

We prioritize reliable and timely delivery. If your gift delivery is delayed or lost due to courier issues, weather, or logistics, we will assist you in arranging a replacement or full refund.

Due to the perishable nature of cakes, flowers, and food hampers, we do not accept returns after delivery. Non-perishable items like gift hampers, accessories, or keepsakes can be returned if damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.

 

How do I return an item?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, personalized gifts, cakes, flowers, and sale items are non-returnable.
