  • We reserve the right to substitute items (such as flowers or packaging) with similar products of equal or higher value if unavailable.

  • All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments can be made via debit/credit cards, eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, or international payment gateways.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Same-day delivery is available within Kathmandu Valley for orders placed before the cut-off time (usually before 2 PM).

  • Delivery to locations outside Kathmandu Valley may take longer depending on availability and logistics.

  • Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we always strive to deliver within the requested time frame.

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may result in delays or failed deliveries.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds will be issued only if an order is canceled before processing or if the product is unavailable.

  • Due to the perishable nature of cakes and flowers, returns are not accepted once delivery is completed.

  • For any issues, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the delivery date.

  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Customers may include personal messages with their orders.

  • For customization requests (such as photo cakes or personalized hampers), please contact us on Instagram @kathmandugifts before placing the order.

  • Kathmandu Gifts will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, transportation issues, etc.).

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
